Parking fees, wait times exceeding 15 minutes, or failed delivery/collection may incur additional charges.

We cannot transport:

• Explosives, gas cylinders, flammable liquids
• Cash, precious metals, jewellery, or valuables
• Perishable goods requiring temperature control
• Live animals

BlipStream Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays.
If access is unavailable, the service may be rescheduled with additional fees applied.
8. Liability & Compensation
BlipStream Ltd takes great care in handling goods.
Our responsibility applies only where damage or loss is proven to result from our negligence.
Liability is strictly limited to the total service fee paid for that booking.
Exclusions apply to:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects
• Fragile goods not declared in advance
• Cosmetic damage during normal handling
• Customer packing errors or poor preparation
• Damage inside boxes without visible external damage
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of issues within 24 hours.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection, a refund minus admin fees may apply.
Inside 24 hours or no-show: service charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer additional insurance directly.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose
This policy explains when refunds, credits, or cancellation fees apply to bookings made with BlipStream Ltd.
2. Cooling-Off Period (Online Consumers Only)
If you book our services online as an individual consumer, you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
You may cancel within this time unless we have already begun providing the service.
If the service has started at your request, you agree that your cooling-off rights are reduced and charges apply for the work completed.
Commercial clients are not eligible for cooling-off periods.
3. Cancellations & Fees

Where travel or parking costs have been incurred, these are chargeable.
4. Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule up to 24 hours before the job start time free of charge.
Requests inside 24 hours may incur reasonable fees reflecting costs already committed.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued:
• To the original payment method
• Only for services BlipStream Ltd failed to complete due to our error
• After investigation and confirmation of eligibility
Refunds take 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Post-Service Disputes
If you believe we made a mistake or caused loss through proven negligence, contact us within 48 hours of completion with any evidence of damage or missing items.
Claims made outside this window may be rejected due to lack of traceability.
7. Delays Caused by Customers
Waiting time charges apply when drivers cannot access the pickup/delivery location due to:
• Incorrect address
• No answer upon arrival
• Inadequate parking or access
• Goods not ready to load
Waiting charges are billed per the current tariff.
8. The Right to Decline Services
BlipStream Ltd reserves the right to refuse service where a job is unsafe, unlawful, or beyond our operational capacity.
Fees may apply where costs have already been incurred.
